Opening hours
We provide accommodation, offer tours to the bird cliff and along the shore with our nature guides, host events and meetings and offer guided tours in our exhibitions by appointment all year round.

Research
Runde Miljøsenter is an international field station, and its task is to build up under Runde as an international research station for marine coastal ecology. At the centre, work is being done on the development of research and research infrastructure with a strong focus on safeguarding the sea, fish and birds as part of a vulnerable ecosystem. The research is closely linked to the activities at the centre.

How about bringing your group of friends or colleagues to... Runde ? The island is the perfect place to gather off the beaten track, surrounded by beautiful nature in an inspiring environment. Participate in tailor-made activities and team building, where you learn about the interaction between the sea and the bird cliff. Eat and drink well, before going to sleep in one of our well-equipped apartments.
