NYHEIT - Coasteering on Runde

Have you ever wondered what it's like to experience life and the forces of the sea up close? Feel the waves coming in from the big ocean on your body?

Experience the ocean by being in the sea, equipped with a wetsuit, life jacket and helmet.
Coasteering is a mix of moving on land and in the water. We will be sewing, walking, splitting and floating. A great activity suitable for most people!

You'll experience a whole new way of seeing the lake zone. Get up close to kelp in the water or living creatures you rarely get to see. Our nature guide shares research-based knowledge about nature at Runde, with a strong focus on learning something new about the sea!

INCLUDED:

- All the equipment you need (wetsuit, helmet, life jacket, shoes, gloves and towel)

- Hot drinks after the activity

PRACTICAL INFO

- You must bring swimwear to wear under your wetsuit, a towel and a bag to keep wet clothes in after the activity .

- Wool underwear can be nice to wear under your suit for better warmth and comfort .

- To join the activity, you must be in normal physical shape.
